——The Company Successfully Holds a Special Meeting on Quality Management System
To further strengthen the company's quality system management and help the quality improvement and efficiency enhancement work reach a new level, on the afternoon of June 19, the company organized a special meeting on the quality management system. The chairman, along with the management team members including the deputy general manager in charge, attended the meeting. The heads of the Enterprise Management Department, Technical Center, Quality Control Department, various production units, and system supervisors gathered together to conduct in-depth discussions around the theme of "Analyzing the Current Situation and Improving Management".
The meeting adopted a "3+1" reporting model. The persons in charge of the Ironmaking Plant, Steelmaking Plant, and Wire Rod Plant respectively made special reports on the operation status of their unit's quality system, focusing on analyzing the improvement plans for common issues such as the quality development of internal auditors, quality standard control, and quality awareness enhancement. The Enterprise Management Department, through a systematic report, introduced the role of the quality management system based on the "Zero-Defect Quality Management Theory", presented the trend of recent system audit results in the form of data charts, and put forward innovative measures such as establishing a "monthly system management performance evaluation mechanism".
Tian Xinzhong, the deputy general manager in charge, highly recognized the achievements made in the company's quality management system, and put forward guiding opinions and suggestions on issues such as leadership role, tool training, implementation, and continuous improvement in the promotion process. In his concluding speech, Chairman Zhang Yuming emphasized that system management should be taken as the core tool for quality improvement. Through the full implementation of system standardization work, the product quality and customer satisfaction should be continuously improved, which will further drive the sustained growth of economic benefits and realize the leap from "compliance" to "excellence".
This meeting marks the official launch of the company's special work of "deepening the quality system".
